Support Services
Community Living Oshawa/Clarington believes that friends, family and how a person is connected in their community has a huge impact on happiness and success in life. True inclusion means having opportunities for real employment, education (including post secondary), friends, recreation and full citizenship.
Support Services knows that people may need to access many services, supports and relationships to enhance the quality of their lives and reach their goals.
We provide time-lined, goal oriented coordination for adults with developmental disabilities living in Oshawa and Clarington and children with developmental disabilities living in Durham Region. We also assist with planning, advocacy, community education and information as well as intake (for children only) into services within Community Living Oshawa/Clarington.
Adults need to contact Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) to be referred to our services. A DSO Navigator can begin the process with you when you call them at 1-855-277-2121.
