Referral Criteria

All services are voluntary. The person applying must have:

•a developmental disability and want the supports and services being offered.
•18 and under must be a resident in Durham Region.
•18 and over must be a resident of Oshawa/Clarington.

If you want more information or want to inquire about services for children/youth under age 18 please call us at (905) 576-3261 ext 108 or email at serviceinquiry@communitylivingoc.ca.

For adults, inquiries should be made through Development Services Ontario (DSO) by calling 1-855-277-2121.

Priority is based on those most in need. Vacancy management for adults is governed through DSO. All vacancies are filled following a community process.
