Community Living Oshawa/Clarington is an ODSP approved service provider that can offer many different employment supports options.

We offer assistance with preparing resumes, job searching, job coaching and job retention.

Community Living Oshawa/Clarington uses innovative assessment tools to help ensure job seekers are successful with employment. Our team develops and individualized employment and retention plans identifying goals, barriers and successes.

Community Living Oshawa/Clarington has joined Community Living Ontario in their Ready, Willing and Able initiative. This federal program promotes the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities. Ready, Willing, and Able have been essential in helping us build new relationships with businesses like Costco, Value Village and Home Depot, getting us closer to an inclusive community.
